Biography

Donagh is a partner at the firm and has over 20 years’ experience in specialities which include Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Employment Law, Education Law and advising clients on a range of Administrative and Regulatory issues.

He graduated from University College Dublin with a BA (Hons) and after qualifying as a Solicitor in 1996 joined his father`s practice, Tanham Hawthorne, becoming a Partner in 1998. Following the successful Merger of Tanham Hawthorne and Maxwell Weldon and Darley in 2003, he became a partner in Maxwells Solicitors which merged with Mullany Walsh on October 1st 2016. He has a Diploma in Arbitration and a Diploma in Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law.
