Geraldine has extensive experience in the private client area and specialises in property law particularly Conveyancing, Lending and Residential and Commercial property. She also advises on all aspects of general property law including planning matters, development of land, rights of way, commercial leases, licences and charity law. In her private client work, she advises on Wills, Estate administration and Estate planning
Geraldine graduated from the University of Limerick in 1990 and joined the firm of Maxwell Weldon & Darley in 1991 where she completed her traineeship, becoming a partner in 1997. She obtained a Diploma in Arbitration Law from University College Dublin in 1998.
